掌握好量和周期的关系高中英语总共有3500个单词,如果你每天背十个单词,一共350天,你才能够把单词背一遍。一天背500个单词,7天能够把单词背一遍。 7天时间太短,我们没办法做到,350天太长,我们会背了前面忘了后面。 所以这个时候我们就要利用到记忆周期这个概念。根据睡眠周期60天的范围内,我们必须做到背过并复习过,那么我们每天背100个单词是最为科学的。 每天背100个单词,一个月就能够背完3500词。背完3500词以后,每天复习200个单词,连续复习两轮。这样我们就能够在60天的时间内做到背一遍复习两遍。 我们第1天背过的单词会在第36天复习到第1次,然后在第53天复习到第2次。在60天的时间内做到背一遍复习两遍,记忆效果就非常的好。
